What it fixes
Every home is different. Here’s what the right Kepler film can do for yours.

Solar-control film reduces the solar heat coming through the glass, so sunny rooms stay comfortable. Performance varies by film and glass type.

Reflective and dual-reflective films add privacy by day while you keep your view out. At night, with lights on inside, privacy is reduced — frost is the answer for full-time privacy.

Select residential films block up to 99% of UV rays, one of the leading causes of fading on floors, furniture and artwork. No film can stop fading completely.

Take the glare off TVs, computer screens and bright kitchens while keeping the natural light you like.

Frosted film for bathrooms, front doors and side windows: privacy day and night, with soft light still coming through.

Safety and security film helps hold broken glass together after an impact. Enhanced systems can add an attachment system chosen for your glass.
Kepler home window film
Switch between Kepler’s home window films — solar control, reflective, frosted and safety — and see how they look from outside and inside. Our own team fits them at homes across Mount Clemens and Southeast Michigan.

A neutral reflective finish for solar control and daytime privacy.
Manufacturer illustrations show appearance, not a promise for your building. Reflective privacy depends on the lighting on each side. Glass compatibility and the applicable warranty are confirmed for your specification.

We’ve partnered with Wisetack to offer flexible financing, so you can pay over time rather than all at once. The application takes about a minute, and checking your options does not affect your credit score.
*All financing is subject to credit approval. Your terms may vary. Payment options through Wisetack are provided by our lending partners. For example, a $1,200 purchase could cost $104.89 a month for 12 months, based on an 8.9% APR, or $400 a month for 3 months, based on a 0% APR. Offers range from 0–35.9% APR based on creditworthiness. No other financing charges or participation fees. See additional terms at wisetack.com/faqs.
The game plan
No guesswork and no surprises: you’ll know what you’re getting before we start.

We look at your glass, the sun on it and the privacy you want, then show you real Kepler samples against your windows.

Floors and furniture are protected and every pane is scraped and cleaned before the film comes out.

Each piece is fitted, trimmed and squeegeed, then we check the finish with you and explain drying and cleaning.

Good questions
Still not sure? Call the shop and talk to the people who’ll do the work.
Call the shop(586) 461-9476Reflective and dual-reflective films give more privacy by day while you keep your view out. The effect depends on the light: when it’s brighter inside than out, such as at night with lights on, people may still see in. Decorative frost is the better choice for privacy day and night.
It depends on the film. Lighter and neutral films give heat and UV protection with very little change, while darker or reflective films cut more light and glare. We help you find the balance of performance, privacy and view.
Some films are close to clear or neutral; others are designed to look darker or more reflective. We’ll show you the options so you know how your windows will look before we install.
Use a soft microfiber cloth and an ammonia-free, non-abrasive glass cleaner. Avoid razor blades, scrapers and scouring pads. We’ll also give you curing and care instructions after installation.
Solar-control film can reduce the heat coming through glass, which may reduce cooling demand and improve comfort. Actual savings depend on the film, glass, sun, how the home is built and your heating and cooling, so we can’t promise a figure.
Select residential films block up to 99% of UV rays and can also reduce solar heat and visible light, which all contribute to fading. Film can slow fading a lot, but nothing can stop it completely.
Most residential films go on the inside surface. Some glass types or jobs need an exterior film. We check your glass and recommend a compatible product before installation.
We discuss your goals and check the glass, choose a compatible film, protect the area, clean the glass thoroughly, apply the film with an installation solution and remove the excess moisture. A little haze or small moisture pockets can be normal while it cures.
