It also has a link to our shop that few people think about: Paint Creek joins the Clinton River in Rochester, and that same river winds east through Macomb County, past Mount Clemens, to Lake St. Clair.
The drive follows a similar line. The M-59 freeway runs east from Rochester Road, south of town, becomes Hall Road at Van Dyke and carries on to I-94, and from there it’s a short hop to the North River Road exit and our shop. It doesn’t have to. Lighter, neutral films cut heat, glare and UV with little change to how the glass looks, while darker or reflective films change the look more. For older homes and storefronts in Rochester, we bring samples so you can see each film on your own windows before you decide.
Michigan allows any shade on the rear side windows and the back window. On the windshield, tint is only allowed in a strip along the top, no more than 4 inches deep. The front side windows have the tightest rules, so we go through what’s legal for your car with you before we fit any film.
Our automotive tint has a lifetime warranty for as long as you, the original customer, own the vehicle. It covers film defects, and for approved claims it includes the replacement film and the labor to fit it. We go over the warranty and the aftercare when you pick up your car.
