Car window tinting · Troy, MI
Troy is one of Oakland County’s major business centers, known for the offices along Big Beaver Road and for two big shopping destinations, Somerset Collection and Oakland Mall. I-75 runs through the city, and its eastern edge, Dequindre Road, is also the line between Oakland and Macomb counties. Our shop is about 15 miles east of Troy.
Troy drivers come across on Big Beaver, which becomes Metro Parkway once you cross Dequindre, or on M-59. After the install we check every window with you and explain the drying time before you head back to Troy.
What we do for Troy
Car window tinting
Driving a Tesla in Troy? We tint every Tesla model with Kepler Ceramic IR or Ceramic Plus, and the same films suit any car, truck or SUV. Ceramic film cuts the infrared heat that comes through the glass, softens glare and screens out up to 99% of UV. Tell us your model and year and the windows you want done, and we’ll send a price before you make the trip from Troy to our Mount Clemens shop. Car tint comes with our lifetime warranty.
Home & business window film
Away from Big Beaver, most of Troy is homes, tens of thousands of them, spread across the city’s grid of mile roads. That gives window film two very different jobs in Troy: keeping offices and stores comfortable and private, and keeping family rooms cooler while slowing the fading of furniture. We do both on site, after looking at the glass and talking through what you want to change.
If your Troy home has a two-story family room or a wall of glass facing the backyard, you probably know how warm it gets on a summer afternoon. Kepler solar control film cuts that heat and glare while keeping the view, so you keep the daylight without as much of the afternoon heat. Frosted film handles privacy for bathrooms and entry glass. Troy businesses can use the same films on offices and stores, and we install everything on site.

Call the shop(586) 461-9476Yes. Troy drivers bring their cars, trucks, SUVs and Teslas to our shop at 24614 N River Rd, Mount Clemens, MI 48043. Home and business window film is installed at your property in Troy by our own team.
About 15 miles as the crow flies. Big Beaver Road becomes Metro Parkway once you cross Dequindre, and it runs east to I-94; the shop is just off I-94 at the North River Road exit.
It adds a layer of protection. We install Kepler K-Shield safety and security film, which helps hold broken glass together and, with the right attachment system, makes forced entry through treated glass more difficult. It doesn’t make glass unbreakable. For Troy offices and stores, we look at the glass and framing first, then recommend a film and any attachment system.
Michigan allows any shade on the rear side windows and the back window. On the windshield, tint is only allowed in a strip along the top, no more than 4 inches deep. The front side windows have the tightest rules, so we go through what’s legal for your car with you before we fit any film.
Our automotive tint has a lifetime warranty for as long as you, the original customer, own the vehicle. It covers film defects, and for approved claims it includes the replacement film and the labor to fit it. We go over the warranty and the aftercare when you pick up your car.
It depends on the job. Cars, trucks, SUVs and Teslas are tinted only at our shop at 24614 N River Rd, Mount Clemens, MI 48043; we don’t tint vehicles at homes or workplaces. Home and business window film, including solar control, privacy and decorative frost, UV protection, and safety and security film, is installed at your property by our team.
