About 16 miles as the crow flies. Most of the drive is freeway: I-696 east into Macomb County, then I-94 east to the North River Road exit. The shop is just off the exit.
Yes. Frosted and decorative films blur the view in both directions, day and night, while still letting daylight in. Reflective film gives daytime privacy and cuts heat and glare, but after dark, with lights on inside, people can see in. We’ll bring samples to your Royal Oak home so you can compare them on your own windows.
Michigan allows any shade on the rear side windows and the back window. On the windshield, tint is only allowed in a strip along the top, no more than 4 inches deep. The front side windows have the tightest rules, so we go through what’s legal for your car with you before we fit any film.
Our automotive tint has a lifetime warranty for as long as you, the original customer, own the vehicle. It covers film defects, and for approved claims it includes the replacement film and the labor to fit it. We go over the warranty and the aftercare when you pick up your car.
